This was a windy day at the end of April when we were canoeing at IC Lake – a private lake in McComb Mississippi that was formerly owned by Illinois Central Railroad. The Boy Scouts among us were working on the Canoeing Merit Badge and Cady heard that the final requirement for the Badge was to “strike a cute pose with a paddle and a canoe!”
